For several generations the Knowles family behind Chico Rice has been providing high quality, responsibly and sustainably farmed rice to Northern California and beyond. Fully certified organic and non-gmo, Chico Rice strives to use the utmost care in the growing and harvesting of their product. To fully embrace this hands on approach to farming all rice is milled and packaged directly on the farm, by the farmers themselves, before being shipped out to their dedicated customers.
